Daily Log

Starting from scratch leaves plenty of room for a truly transformative experience. I don’t know if I’ll win the studio competition, but I’ll win for myself if I can accomplish the following:

Build a consistent workout routine
Increase muscle mass
Improve cardiovascular health

I’m using a similar strategy to the one that helped me win the 2021 Transformation Challenge. I developed my goals using the SMART method:

S (specific) - 4+ classes per week, 3+ lbs of muscle, and improved metabolic rate
M (measurable) - tracking attendance, weight, calories, and protein; measuring muscle mass and metabolic rate before and after
A (attainable) - I’ve done it before!
R (relevant) - part of building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle (that started in 2025)
T (time-bound) - 8 weeks
